- In the Bulgarian city of Ruse, the Street View cars have apparently photographed the same dog for over seven years.
- The oldest recording is from 2012, the most recent from 2019.
With Street View, Google offers an extension for Google Maps. The photo service gives you an impression of the destination using panoramic shots. Google makes the recordings with special cars.
During their tours, the Street View Cars have captured many bizarre, strange, but also beautiful moments over the years. For example, the photo service exposed an unfaithful wife or became a wedding photographer. The story of a Bulgarian dog is now attracting attention on Reddit.
Do the pictures really show the same dog?
Because apparently the good guy loves Google Street View so much that he has had himself photographed by the Google camera car several times in the past few years. Reddit user Edish03 found three recordings in the city of “Russe” (Pyce) that apparently show the same dog. The oldest is from 2012, the youngest from 2019.
Some Reddit users doubt that it is the same animal. But the similarity is amazing. In addition, the animal always appears in the same place. But we will probably never find out whether it really is the same dog. We have put together more curious Street View shots for you in the linked article.
