Grand Tour 7 There’s another update available, which brings some welcome improvements and tweaks in addition to adding broadcast mode to the volume settings.
In the car settings, update 1.07 fixes an application error when selecting the settings sheet from the quick menu screen in World Track in offline mode. An issue where duplicated setup sheets would disappear when car settings were turned on and off has been fixed, as did the issue with the Ford GT race car 2018. Apparently, it will only go into first gear with a “fully customizable manual transmission” or with a “fully customizable sequential transmission” installed.
The patch fixes an issue where a car would be considered within specs even if it didn’t meet the performance balance specs, and also fixes an issue with the lobby. Here, some assistance settings, such as autopilot, can be changed or saved even with the Restricted Driving option set to Prohibited.
Some quest and license issues have also been fixed.
One of the larger fixes applies to designated tires that won’t be equipped on vehicles for various events. This includes four licenses, five different missions and three tour experiences.
The rewards for the eight events within the World Tour have also been adjusted based on driving time and difficulty.
Resolved several Livery Editor issues and fixed garage app bugs related to buying cars from Brand Central, Used and Legendary, or receiving cars as prizes.
The update tweaks the physics simulation model to reduce the amount of grip lost when a car with high downforce turns over curbs at its limit. Several issues that occurred when there was not enough free space available for temporary data downloaded from the network, as well as various other issues, have been fixed.
