After a lot of rumors, Rockstar has officially announced the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy Definitive Edition. If you believe a leaker, the remakes don’t stop there.
While fans of the GTA classics of the PS2 era will soon be able to let off steam in GTA: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition and, incidentally, continue to wait patiently for GTA 6, now even another remake could cast its shadow ahead – at least if you are one Leaker wants to believe.
What is meant in this case is RalphsValve, which can be accessed via Twitter has reported to speak. In the past he had been noticed by leaked information about the Call of Duty planned for 2022, which was later picked up by well-known and trustworthy leakers such as Tom Henderson and – at least according to his sources – “confirmed”. In this respect, the latest tweet from RalphsValve is at least worth a look.
If his information is confirmed, Rockstar Games is also working on a new edition of Grand Theft Auto 4. According to RalphsValve, such a remake will be released in 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S; a switch implementation is not mentioned here.
It is also said that this remaster will also include the DLC “Episodes from Liberty City”. The new edition should omit the multiplayer part and instead concentrate fully on the single player.
It remains to be seen whether these rumors of a remake of GTA 4 will be confirmed. Of course, there is no official statement yet and even better-known leakers have not commented on the matter. We will keep you up to date!
