More and more modders and developers are romping around with the Unreal Engine 5. Now a YouTuber has tackled GTA: San Andreas and the result should actually make Rockstar blush.
Tech demos and mods based on the new Unreal Engine 5 are apparently popular at the moment. There are currently a number of videos buzzing around the web showing how good some old classics could look in the new engine.
Over the weekend, a new video emerged from YouTuber TeaserPlay, who once took on GTA: San Andreas – not without a dig at Rockstar in the description. “What the Definitive Edition version should have been!” it says there and the YouTuber is not entirely wrong, considering how disappointing Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition ultimately looked.
For a trailer, Grove Street from the game was completely recreated in Unreal Engine 5 and it looks veeeeery different indeed. Wouldn’t it be a dream if the Definitive Edition looked like this?
