The conference held by Samsung on the occasion of the MWC allowed the manufacturer to formalize two new pro-oriented laptop references, available in two sizes: the Galaxy Book2 Pro and the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 enter the arena with the latest Intel processors the 12th generation.
These aren’t necessarily the most well-known products in the Samsung catalogue, and yet the South Korean brand has a range of laptops in its range and they’re finally about to invade Europe! The Mobile World Congress is the living room chosen by Samsung to present its Galaxy Book2 Pro and Galaxy Book2 Pro 360. Non-Pro models are fine too, but here we’re interested in the two strongest references.
Galaxy Book2 Pro, 5G and significant autonomy
The Galaxy Book2 Pro is available in two screen diagonals 13.3 and 15.6 inches. In both cases it is one AMOLED panel displaying Full HD definition (1920×1080 pixels). There is a 1080p webcam on the front and the device is equipped with two microphones.
Inside the Galaxy Book2 Pro we find the following configuration:
- Intel Evo certified 12th generation Intel Core i7 or i5 processor
- 8, 16 or 32 GB LPDDR5 RAM
- GPU Intel Iris Xe Graphics (13.3 Pouces)
- GPU Intel Iris Xe Graphics or Intel Arc Graphics (15.6 pack)
- Up to 1TB NVME SSD storage
Now for the specs that make the real difference between the Galaxy Book2 Pro and models from other brands. First of all we note the presence of a 6E WiFi port on both models with a 5G module integrated in the 15.6-inch model. Aside from that, Samsung promises an autonomy of up to 21 hoursvia a 63 Wh battery on the 13.3-inch model and 68 Wh on the 15.6-inch model.
Delivered on Windows 11, The Galaxy Book2 Pro benefits from an advanced level of protectionprovided by both the components and the operating system. The Galaxy Book2 Pro will also be available in a 1TB version, but only on Samsung’s official website, at a price not yet set.
Galaxy Book2 Pro 360, tactile and versatile
For its part, the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 looks like a 2-in-1 laptop running Windows 11. Available in version 12.3 inches and 15.6 inchesit is equipped with a by Super AMOLED tactile which displays a Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). Both models have a full HD webcam with two integrated microphones.
This machine is equipped witha 360° hinge that allows the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 to switch between tent or tablet mode at will. Configurations that leave aside their full keyboard equipped with a numeric keypad but favor the use of the Stylet S Pen what is intended. Versatility combined with a weight that is however greater than that of the Galaxy Book2 Pro, since the 13.3-inch model weighs 1.04 kg and the 15.6-inch model weighs 1.41 kg.

The Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 shows the same promise of autonomy that can increase till 21 o’clock, according to Samsung. Again, there’s a 63 Wh battery on the 13.3-inch model and a 68 Wh battery on the 15.6-inch model. There is a fingerprint sensor on the ignition buttonand comprehensive security of the laptop PC is connected at the hardware level but also at the software level via Windows 11.
The connection of the machine is the same for both frames: There is a Thunderbolt 4 port, two USB Type-C ports, a headphone jack and a micro SD port. A 65W USB Type-C adapter is provided. On the other hand, there is a small nuance on the sound side: if the two screen diagonals each benefit from a Dolby Atmos-compatible AKG stereo system, the total output is 4W for the 13.3-inch model and 5W for the 15-inch model. .6 inch.
