Obsidian Entertainment’s Grounded has been in Early Access for what seems like forever, but now it’s done. The game has finally been officially released.
Grounded has been in Early Access for two years now, but that’s over now. The fun backyard survival title with honey I shrunk the kids vibe has now been upgraded to version number 1.0, officially releasing it. Grounded is now available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox Game Pass.
Minor downer: All story and quest progress will be reset for Early Access saves as early dialogue and quests have been revamped. However, player bases, unlocked recipes and other progress will remain.
With the update to version 1.0, the game has also received a whole range of new content, including new areas, new bosses and creatures, cutscenes, achievements and much more.
Grounded was able to attract over ten million players in total during Early Access, let’s see if some will join them now.
After more than two years of Early Access, Grounded has finally been officially released and is now available on PC and Xbox, as well as in Game Pass.
