We've seen this with the announcements of MindsEye designed by Leslie Benzies, the new game by Dan Houser or even this GTA-like Liquid Swords developed by the former founder of Avalanche Studios (Just Cause).
A new brick-breaking game plays like GTA
How about a game that mixes GTA, The Sims, LEGO and Fortnite? This is what the Epic Games Store battle royale team has announced with the upcoming release of LEGO Fortnite Brick Life. “A complete social role-playing experience that invites players to make new friends, build the lifestyle of their dreams and move to a new city in the heart of a bustling city.” There are no limits to your imagination in LEGO Fortnite Brick Life. As you explore this bustling city with up to 31 other players, you'll find it's full of interesting places to explore and sights to admire ».
Similar to GTA Online, LEGO Fortnite Brick Life features an ever-evolving city that you can move around freely “Create your own stories by interacting with your surroundings but also with other members of the community.”. Just like in The Sims, you are invited to meet other players in restaurants, parties with friends, nightclubs or on the beach. With this new free game you can buy and decorate the house of your dreams, but only if you have money. To do this, it is enough to carry out an activity by protecting the city, sowing chaos, delivering packages, etc.
LEGO Fortnite Brick Life announced
The LEGO Fortnite Brick Life announcement trailer highlights this mix of the world of bricks, GTA and The Sims and will be available before the release of Grand Theft Auto 6. To take your first steps, join us on December 12th on consoles and PC in the Discover menu of LEGO Odyssey, the new name for LEGO Fortnite.
