Come boldly! Guilty Gear: Endeavor’s newest character was revealed at tonight’s Game Awards as part of the game’s third season.
Those of us who’ve seen the leaks already know who the next character will be, especially when Bandai Namco Asia leaked it ahead of time, but developer Arc System Works has officially confirmed that Elphelt Valentine will return from Guilty Gear Xrd as the next character in Guilty Gear Strive Season 3. She is the second character to appear in this season’s pass, following Johnny, who is also returning. Fighting games in august. You can check out her trailer below.

In Xrd Elphelt, a bare-bones bride is on a mission, and this time, she looks like an idol with a microphone on the end of a rifle. Her design may be different, but one thing many Guilty Gear players will want to know is how similar her playstyle is to how she works in Xrd. Many top players regularly place her at the top of their leaderboards, but until someone gets a chance to play as her, it’s unclear how much of a threat she will be.
Earlier this month, Guilty Gear Strive was confirmed as one of the main games at Evo Japan 2024. Other new games include Street Fighter 6 and The King of Fighters XV, as well as Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising and Tekken 8 ” and other upcoming games. Time will tell if we get an Elfürt vs. Elfürt final.
