Valve shared some details about its approach to accessibility in Half-Life: Alyx.
As part of Valve's extensive Reddit AMA, Half-Life: Alyx, The developer answered some questions about the accessibility options players expect in the game.
Valve revealed in AMA that the game's sporty and comfort features have been developed, which confirms Half-Life: Alyx will support sitting experience and left-handed mode.
Similarly, accessibility features are in a similar state, but work is continuing in other market segments, such as support for one-arm games.
Valve promises: "We will discuss and show more of our various sports options in upcoming videos."
Regarding accessibility, Valve also talked about how the most scary enemy in Half-Life affects the comfort of players in VR. For example, the skull is more problematic in VR because of how the skull attacks the player's head.
