One of the best video games that has been developed for virtual reality is Half-Life: Alyx, one of the latest works by Valve that has not stopped receiving mods so far that have shown us the great talent of some users. We have one of the best examples with Return to Rapture, based on BioShock and with a campaign of more than 15 hours.
Although this mod is already essential, it is not the only one to pay attention to, because now one called Levitationwhich intends to leave us with a totally new adventure with a duration of between four and five hours. Here is your presentation trailer.
The video already makes it clear that it is an ambitious project of the most spectacular. All this will leave us with a campaign set in the Half-Life universe in which we take control of Alyx again, who will try to follow the trail of Maya and Barry, a couple who became rebellious after discovering a floating building in Combine Sector X.
Several people are involved in this mod, including level designer FMPONE, who is responsible for several CS:GO maps, and also SFM animator Corey Laddo, whose YouTube channel shows some of the magnificent work he has carried out.
The only “but” that we can put to this news is the fact that Levitation is not finished, although the intention of its managers is that it be finished and published sometime in the third quarter of 2022. And naturally it will be free for anyone who have a copy of Half-Life: Alyx can download it.
