Halo Infinite is known to start on December 8th, but rumors are growing on the net that the multiplayer component could possibly be available next week.
For Microsoft, Halo Infinite is the biggest Xbox blockbuster this winter. The game has had a specific release date for a long time with December 8th, but some insiders are now suggesting that the multiplayer component could possibly appear next week.
If you believe these speculations, then the multiplayer part of the action blockbuster could be available in advance on Monday, November 15th, 2021. At least that’s what the often well-informed Halo insider @halodotapi says. He had posted the official Microsoft artwork on Twitter with the words “Heroes of Reach – November 15, 2021 #HaloInfinite”.
In a later tweet, the leaker promised 100 US dollars for a randomly selected follower should this information prove to be incorrect. @halodotapi also replied to a tweet from the official Xbox account with “Infinite next week”, so he is apparently very convinced of his sources overall.
Another leaker jumped to his side with @ Surasia4, who simply replied “you’ll see” to a tweet that questioned the early multiplayer release on November 15th.
Is there really something to it in the end and the multiplayer part of Halo Infinite starts at the beginning of next week? November 15th is a special date: This year marks the 20th anniversary of the original Halo: Combat Evolved, so Microsoft could really come up with something special in the form mentioned to celebrate it appropriately. On the same day, the Redmond-based company also host a special broadcast to celebrate 20 years of Xbox. The right opportunity to give the go-ahead for the new Halo multiplayer?
