Are you a troll? Do you like being a cheeky so-and-so? Well, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 might be the game for you right now, as its core playlist lets you flash allies for XP. That’s not a lot of XP, and it can seriously hurt your team’s efforts to win the game, but it’s fun. So, who can say whether it is good or not?
By the way, I’m referring to flash grenades. In a regular game of Black Ops 6, if you flash an enemy player, you’ll get a small boost of 15 XP. However, in hardcore games, flashing allies can sometimes bring the same bonus. I’ve tried it myself in-game, and while it’s difficult to replicate consistently, I can confirm that it still works at the time of writing. This is the kind of problem that needs a quick fix, though, so enjoy it.

Is this a bug? An exploit? A fun little quirk? However you want to classify it, it can all be seen at its peak with the help of Expel, a high-level player who posted a clip of them throwing flashbangs at his team during a hardcore game video clip. You can watch the video for yourself below, but it’s worth noting that Expel also provides some additional information on how much XP you get for friendly headshots and how flash grenades are affected, writing: “You can only do it for 300xp To sum it up, once you get the hardcore bounce, you can’t go back to the flash blast.”
