During the Huawei Developer Conference 2022, the manufacturer announced new figures for Harmony OS. So many devices now run with the Android alternative.
- There’s good news for Harmony OS: The operating system is used on over 320 million devices.
- The operating system was designed for cross-device work and does not only run on smartphones and tablets.
- The first Harmony OS devices are also available in this country.
During the Huawei Developer Conference 2022, the Chinese company announced on Twitter that over 320 million devices are now running Harmony OS.
Harmony OS is not only an answer to the trade restrictions that prevent the integration of Google services on many Huawei devices. It should also run on cell phones, wearables, TVs, smart home devices and tablets and work across devices.
Even if the operating system is mainly used in China, more and more devices with Harmony OS are finding their way to Germany. Both the Huawei Watch 3 and the MatePad Pro 12.6 came onto the market in this country with Harmony OS.
Also interesting…
We will probably have to do without smartphones with the new operating system from Huawei for the time being.
