Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions: Player wins without pressing a single button

Button, Champions, Harry, player, Potter, pressing, Quidditch, single, wins

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions was originally intended to give players the chance to take part in challenging Quidditch matches and prove their skills on the broomstick. But a Twitter/X user has now shown that you can win a game without pressing a single button.

What initially sounds like pure boasting turns out to be a curious truth. The user GHBSmith published a time-lapse of his game on Twitter/X. In it, he shows several Quidditch games in the Hogwarts stadium. In fast forward at a higher speed, one match after the other is shown. According to GHBSmith, this is the second solo campaign in which the four Hogwarts houses compete against each other in the school championship.

The user wins every match and his team has secured the Hogwarts Quidditch Cup, thus successfully completing the second campaign. The strange thing is that the user stands in the same place in all games, just like in AFK mode, and doesn’t move at all. GHBSmith has – in the truest sense of the word – not pressed a single button during the entire game.

The idea for the video actually came about after a trip to the toilet. GHBSmith had forgotten to pause his active Quidditch game before his pee break and noticed that his team was doing very well without him.

The reactions to the video speak volumes. One user wrote: “So the biggest victory is not playing at all.” Another user commented more sarcastically: “Game of the year.” But some also viewed the matter positively. Another user said: “Competent team members!”
