Gaming News Heads up, these 7 Final Fantasy video games are definitely leaving PS Plus next month!
It always hurts a little when you see a game you love leave a service like PlayStation Plus or Game Pass. So if there are seven at once that will disappear…
More and more games in the catalog!
It’s been almost two years since Sony merged its PS Plus with its PS Now to offer multiple subscriptions that provide access to different benefits. As of June 2022, PlayStation Plus has three plans that users can subscribe to: the Essential (the classic PS Plus offering with monthly online play and software included), the Extra (the Essential plans with additional access to a catalog of 400 PS4s – and PS5 games) and finally Premium (the benefits of Essential and Extra, with the ability to play PS One, PS2, PS3, PSP).
As with Game Pass, new games enter the catalog and other titles leave the service. But unlike the Microsoft service, which bases much of its argument on the availability of the new AAA in its studios on day one, Sony’s PS Plus Premium is aimed primarily at lovers of the old PlayStation glories.
Conspicuous departures
While the Japanese manufacturer has revealed the identity of the PS Plus games for April, including Dave the Diver, The Crew 2, Deliver Us Mars and Lego Marvel’s Avengers, We also know which software will be leaving the catalog in May.
