If you are thinking of purchasing some Super Points Hellraiser 2you may need to hold off as players are reporting that their points are disappearing.
Earlier this week, on the Helldviers 2 subreddit, a player shared a post stating that they purchased some Super Points, which you can purchase with real money, but found that despite spending $10, Their balance has returned to zero. The player claimed that they also did a mission and used some medals to get 100 super points, but they lost all the super points they earned every time they went offline. Other players in the comments reported similar issues, with one player even stating that they had obtained 10,000, partly through grinding and partly through paid purchases, only to have lost them all.

This appears to be an issue on PS5 and PC, as the forum channel thread on the game’s official Discord server is filled with players reporting the issue, suggesting players on both platforms are affected. A number of players have also reported submitting tickets (no pun intended) for the bug to developer Arrowhead, although no response has been received yet – some players have reported it to PlayStation’s support team and appear to have been able to get refunds, so for now, if You also lose credits, which is probably the best step.

Arrowhead has yet to respond to the bug, which has many players on the Reddit subreddit and Discord expressing frustration given that Super Points can cost real-world money. Of course, “Arrowhead” has also encountered some problems since the game was launched. It has limited the number of players who can log in at the same time, and the queue time is very long, even causing players to squat on the server. Hopefully Arrowhead will respond to the Super Points bug soon, but as mentioned above, in the meantime, you should avoid buying Super Points entirely.
