Like every month, Netflix subscribers are experiencing declines. Here you will find all the programs (films, series, documentaries and shows) that will be removed from the platform in March 2024.
In parallel with the new Netflix releases from March 2024, the SVOD service will be cleaning up to delete dozens of films, series, documentaries, shows and even shows. And subscribers can’t do much about it, that’s how all these platforms work: they acquire rights for a limited period of time. If the next departures are rather quiet, things will become more and more turbulent over time and great classics are on the verge of being removed from the catalog. There are always real masterpieces to look at.
Movies leaving Netflix in March 2024
Last month, Netflix included some truly timeless gems in its February 2024 releases. Be prepared to plan several evenings in March as the distances are even greater. The great classics like Scarface (the remake by Brian De Palma), Ghost and Last Action Hero are seeing their last days on the platform. Even the legendary Tom Cruise can’t stay and leaves like a prince accompanied by Henry Cavill, his tight shirt and his beautiful mustache, as Mission Impossible Fallout leaves Netflix after March 13th.
With our keen eye we also spotted the next Crawl disappearance starring Kaya Scodelario (Skins, Le Labyrinthe, The Gentlemen…) and directed by Alexandre Aja (The Hill Has Eyes, Piranha 3D). This is a very effective survival/B series as the young woman engages in a confrontation with alligators after a massive storm hits Florida. Rest assured, it’s not Sharknado or anything, but a truly successful film in its genre. In a similar style, but with a more disappointing result, there is Overlord by Julius Avery. A very light war movie with Nazi zombies.

Netflix series departures from March 2024
It’s going to be difficult if you’ve just started watching the must-watch comedy series Community, but all six seasons are also disappearing from Netflix on March 31st. This will at least give you several weekends, and since the episodes are very short (around 20 minutes), you might be able to watch them all before it’s too late.
The Valhalla Murders, a BBC crime production that received good reviews, will be removed from the catalog from March 13th. Or from next week. “An Oslo police officer with a dark past returns to his native Iceland to help a dedicated detective track down the perpetrator of a series of photo crimes.” official synopsis (via Netflix). For young viewers it is also the very last chance to see the series Titeuf or Pablo, while adults might be able to get carried away with The 100 or The Cursed.

Documents and Shows were removed in March 2024
There aren’t many documentaries and shows in the March 2024 Netflix releases, but there are still some. The report “Not a Game” attempts to paint a portrait of the players, their relationship with the media and the way they are perceived by parents. The possibility of making a career out of it by devoting yourself to e-sports and also one of the topics discussed in the document. If you want to know whether it is full of clichés or not, it will be deleted on March 30th. J-pop group Perfume is taking over the video streaming platform once again with their concert Reframe Theater Experience with you, recorded in Shibuya. Finally, three Japanese theatrical releases of “Seven Souls in the Skull Castle” will also appear in the Netflix releases.
- Reframe THEATER EXPERIENCE with you – Concert de Perfume (March 18)
- No game (March 30)
- Seven Souls in the Skull Castle: Season Bird; Season Flower & Season Wind (March 31st)
