Some of the games that will be released on Xbox Game Pass in July 2024 are already known. Subscribers can test out upcoming original releases.
The first half of the year is over and Xbox Game Pass subscribers have once again been able to make their subscription profitable. Between some of the major releases of 2024 and older but no less popular titles, Microsoft has once again managed to pull off a tough blow. But with the launch of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 from its release, the Redmond company does not intend to stop there. In the meantime, despite a quieter period in terms of releases, there will clearly be a lot to do in the coming weeks and months. As is often the case, the Xbox Game Pass program for July 2024 promises to be very diverse.
Games confirmed for Xbox Game Pass July 2024
That’s it, the June program is over. There will be no new entries in the catalog until next week. Microsoft has not yet officially announced the games added to Xbox Game Pass in July 2024, but we already know part of the line-up for next month. The Redmond company can once again count on its partners to liven up the coming weeks, which promise to be relatively quiet. There are a total of six summer releases that have announced their arrival on Xbox Game Pass at launch. However, we should not count on the promising Frostpunk 2, whose update has finally been decided next September. Here are all the games confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in July 2024:
- Herd – July 16
- Magical Delicacy – July 16
- Dungeons of Hinterberg – July 18
- Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn – July 18
- Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess – July 19
Original publications to follow
Capcom will therefore be in the spotlight on Xbox Game Pass with its new original license: Kunitsu-Gami Path of the Goddess. At first glance, you might think it’s an Onimusha-esque, but that’s not the case. The title, with a strong artistic direction, presents itself as a mix of strategy and action. During the day, you will have to explore the locations to clean damaged portals, turn the villagers into allies who can take on different roles and strengthen the village’s defenses. When night falls, things get difficult. Who will try to take the life of the priestess of the place, the only one capable of purifying this cursed mountain? An original proposal that Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to discover when it is released on July 19.
The Ashen developers will also introduce their next baby to subscribers. Flintlock The Siege of Dawn presents itself openly as Souls-like, at least in terms of combat. The AA stands out for its caravan system, which encourages you to rescue the plebs so that they join your nomadic camp, where traders and other blacksmiths and even supernatural creatures settle. Widely promoted by the Redmond company, exclusive to Xbox Hinterberg Dungeon will update subscribers. The action RPG is a high mountain adventure simulation and combines dangerous dungeons, formidable enemies and plenty of social activities. A title that will be available to discover as part of the Xbox Game Pass from July 2024.
