In the game, you play as a recent high school graduate. When a swarm of aliens invade Earth, you pick up the nearest talking gun and become an intergalactic bounty hunter.
On a mission to dominate Earth, alien invaders and their boss Garmantous intend to enslave humans and use them as a new medicine. Defeating aliens is not easy.
As a bounty hunter, you’ll team up or play against NPCs on your journey, collect upgrades, and gain access to a talking gun arsenal. Each gun has a unique personality and special gameplay, and provides a narrative of what’s going on.
You will travel between planets with biomes such as dense and dangerous jungles, cities built deep in asteroids, and many other dynamic and changing worlds. You will encounter dangerous wild animals, help some alien weirdos and complete various hunter challenges.
High On Life is coming to PC on December 13th through the Epic Games Store and Steam, as well as on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
