Granted, it’s only super short, but it still provides the look of a 3D animation and shows Sonic running and picking up a loop before posing for a photo with a person. So this is more of a trailer, really.
As announced last February, the series will consist of 24 episodes aimed at kids, families and longtime fans. In it, the blue sports car will be drawn into the fate of a “strange new multiverse.”
The show is a collaboration between SEGA, WildBrain Studio and Man of Action Entertainment. This will be the first Sonic animated series since Sonic Boom from 2014 to 2017.
