Hitman 3’s free starter pack includes the ICA Facility and you can play the first location from the game with Dubai, where you parachute to the Burj Khalifa and have the entire mission ahead of you.
Practical: Experience points and unlockables are taken over should you decide to buy the complete game after the starter pack. The Starter Pack not only gives you permanent access to the ICA Facility, but also enables you to play additional free content that is gradually made available for a limited period of time. You already have temporary access to a mission in Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand.
