Sony has certainly been able to establish one or the other new brand for the PlayStation 4 and has landed top hits. In this context, the Horizon: Zero Dawn published in spring 2017 is certainly worth mentioning, but is now even to be added to another platform.

A new report from the usually knowledgeable colleagues at Kotaku around insider Jason Schreier suggests that the previous PS4 exclusive title Horizon: Zero Dawn should make another platform unsafe in the future. Accordingly, Sony is now planning to implement the action game for the PC.
In general, Sony wants to bring games to other platforms beyond its own consoles in the future and will also publish Aloy's adventure on the arithmetic at home in this context. A similar procedure is already practiced with Death Stranding, which will also appear for the PC in summer 2020 after the PS4 release last November.
Kotaku refers to three independent sources that are said to be familiar with Sony's plans; however, everyone wanted to remain anonymous, as there was logically no authorization from Sony for press interviews. When asked, Sony did not want to comment at the moment and refused to comment.
Horizon: Zero Dawn is an open world action adventure in a post-apocalyptic version of the United States. These were overrun by giant robot dinosaurs. The visually beautiful title by Guerrilla Games turned out to be commercially very successful and certainly helped Sony to sell one or the other PS4.
If speculation is confirmed, Horizon: Zero Dawn will be Guerrilla Games' first game for a platform other than a PlayStation since the Dutch studio was acquired by Sony in 2005. The colleagues expect a PC release via both Steam and Epic Games Store.
