Patch 5.12 for Valorant will be released tomorrow, Wednesday, December 14th, and with it comes the Squad Boost event. The event will last for one month, Starts December 14th and ends January 14th.
During this fairly long period of time, players will be rewarded for hopping on Valorant and playing with a group of friends. However, what is the reward? Well, tons of XP, so completing the battle pass during the holidays shouldn’t be a problem for players.
Who knows, maybe I’ll even dive in again and take advantage of the festive feast. It’s been a while, after all, and what better excuse to get back into Valorant than to earn some extra XP by playing with friends?

XP boosts will vary based on your squad. For example, a duo will get an 8% XP boost, a trio will get a 12% XP boost, a quad will get a 16% XP boost, and finally, a team of five will earn 20% for everyone in the squad XP greatly increased.
This event, combined with the launch of Riot Games’ biggest games on Xbox Game Pass, including Valorant, is the perfect time to jump on a Discord server or group chat and convince your friends to get ready for Valorant. Having said that, the Chamber executive among your friends might not be happy with the Agent nerf coming tomorrow as well…
