It’s more of a developer’s workstation than an actual slot machine, but we still wanted to talk to you about it since the configuration is clearly multitasking
We’ll happily admit it, as the name suggests, this ZBook Studio G9 isn’t specifically designed for gamers. HP doesn’t communicate from a video game perspective, but the equipment remains ultra-robust and clearly allows multiple uses.
HP allows beautiful decisions
The screen is an OLED panel in 16:10 format with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and an optional touch option. In this configuration option, too, we once again feel the professional scope.
Depend ing on your desires, but also the thickness of your wallet, HP offers several options. So as the core we have the choice between an Intel Core i7-12700H and an Intel Core i9-12900HK. When it comes to the GPU too, Great Lord, HP lets you choose between a pure Pro card, namely an RTX A5500 or an RTX 3080 ti mobile version. Both have 16GB of GDDR6 on a 256-bit bus.
A monster
The same goes for RAM and storage, it all depends on your financial capabilities or needs. The beast is expandable to 64GB of DDR5 memory and 4TB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage. Clearly enough to build a racer if you have the means.
For connectivity and as you can see in the image above, this HP workstation offers two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one 10Gbps USB Type-C port, one USB Type-A port, one Micro SD card reader and Wi-Fi 6E . A station that you can of course also convert to make video games.
The other side of the coin is that all of this will come at a cost, which is likely to be very high. No estimate from HP at this time, just a launch window for June 2022.
