Today Hamburger SV and 1. FC Kaiserslautern meet in the 2nd Bundesliga. The game will kick off at 8:30 p.m. You can follow the game on free TV on Sport 1. The broadcaster also broadcasts it as a free live stream online. You can receive this via waipu.tv, among other things.
This is how you receive sport1 in the live stream
The easiest way to receive sport1 as a live stream is to subscribe to one of the following online TV services. So you not only have a full stream, but also watch it legally. We advise against illegal or dodgy offers. On the one hand, you may be liable to prosecution, on the other hand, viruses or malware are very often distributed on these streaming portals.
In our guide “Television via the Internet” we offer you a comprehensive overview of the best legal Internet TV providers in Germany. There you can also find out how the individual services performed in our test, which packages are free and who broadcasts which channels.
Watch sport1 live stream online in your browser
All legal live streams from sport1 can be found here on this page. Unless otherwise indicated, you neither need to register nor pay for the stream.
Since all streams run directly in the browser, you can start the stream on a laptop and connect it to the television. With the appropriate resolution and bandwidth, you get a full-fledged picture on your television. Alternatively, you can also make your TV “smart” and then start the stream directly on the TV via the integrated browser.
Stream Bundesliga games via Sky wow
Sky also holds the rights to the second division in Germany. Therefore, the game can also be seen here on pay TV. At the same time, the broadcaster also offers a live stream via Wow (formerly Sky Ticket).
at Wow from 14.99 per month*
For Sky Wow, however, you have to take out a paid subscription for which you normally pay at least 24.99 dollars. The sports subscription is currently on offer. You can get it for six months for EUR 14.99 per month instead of EUR 24.99.
You can stream the game cheaper via the OneFootball app, because you don’t have to take out a subscription here, but pay a one-time fee of 3.99 dollars for a game. Payment is made using the payment method stored in the App Store. This stream is made available to you in cooperation with Sky. With a trick you can also use OneFootball on the PC.
If you want to follow the game for free, then you only have the audio stream via the ARD media center or the sports show app. In this case, however, you have to do without moving images.
Avoid shady streaming portals
Some dodgy streaming portals will probably also lure the game with free streams. You should avoid these. The use of such streaming portals is punishable and, in the worst case, you can catch a virus. We tell you which streaming providers are reputable and which are not.
Sky now protects its streams from pirates with a watermark at the bottom left.
