The brand new Watch D2 is currently available from HUAWEI as part of the Black Friday campaign with strong additions. Because the manufacturer includes the Scale 3 body fat scale with WiFi connection in the package free of charge, for which you have to budget at least 54 dollars elsewhere. A warranty extension of 36 months is also included.

Like many other smartwatches, the Huawei Watch D2 supports heart rate analysis and has an ECG sensor module. In contrast to the competition's devices, HUAWEI's smartwatch has a unique selling point: it can also measure blood pressure on the wrist. This means that the Chinese manufacturer even beats the Apple Watch.
The feature is interesting for anyone who wants to keep a rough overview of their blood pressure without having to resort to a larger device.
The German High Pressure League, for example, shows in a press release points out that smartwatches could primarily enable long-term monitoring, but they should not be able to replace measurement with an upper arm cuff.
According to Huawei, the Watch D2, which is equipped with a pressure sensor with an error margin of plus or minus three mmHg, can not only measure blood pressure directly, but is also a normal smartwatch. Skin temperature, sleep quality and other measurements should also be able to be measured.
