It’s that time of year again, readers. We’re posting an article asking for your interaction and comments, desperate to strike up some sort of conversation with our handsome, smart, and possibly charmingly-smelling fan/tolerant. Now is investigation time.
Today, we’re going full circle, asking if the cost of living crisis has affected the way you play the game. As you may have noticed, the standard price for the new generation of games has risen to around $70, and we’ve also calculated that it takes about 2.5 Greggs sausage rolls (in terms of power consumption) to finish Ragnarok on the PS5 required to run the title). Considering how much everything starts costing, we wonder how much the squeeze affects you – it’s not just us tightening our proverbial gaming belts, is it?
The entire process should only take 5-10 minutes of your time, and it helps us get a more concrete picture of what’s happening in the game world (and its audience).
