1. End of main story and Invasion of the Black Fangs. The fourth faction of the game enters the scene. The invasion resets every week, but you only need to do it once to increase your World Level. You already have all the ground prepared for the best moment of The Division 2: the Warlords of New York DLC. Go to the White House helicopter. A lot of things change during this DLC, so don't worry. Advance through the story and complete each area of ​​the new map. When you're done, you'll have completed the first Hunt of the game. The next step is to do all the hunts:
