With a code you can discover an Easter Egg in Sons of the Forest.
Those who carefully roam the world of Sons of the Forest can find many secrets, hiding places and useful objects. But there is also something to discover outside of the game world. As fans have found out, you can activate an Easter Egg for the predecessor The Forest in the main menu of the survival game.
That brings back memories
If you want to experience the Easter Egg yourself in the game and be surprised, then simply enter the in the main menu Konami-Code
on, the following combination of arrow keys (up, down, etc.) and other inputs is required:
Up – Up – Down – Down – Left – Right – Left – Right – B – A – Enter

Once you’ve entered the code, the background music in the main menu will change to the title theme of The Forest, the development studio’s debut title. Released in 2018, the survival game also abandoned you on an island infested with mutants, but told a different story. You can see how the Easter Egg sounds in the following video:
