Beautiful people will be there for the cast of Indiana Jones 5, the ultimate sequel for actor Harrison Ford.

In a few months the fifth part of the Indiana Jones saga will be released, the character invented by Steven Spielberg | Preparing to return to duty during an adventure called Le Cadran de la Destinée. Indy embarks on an unprecedented journey in 1969, the year the US and Soviet Union compete in space. “The fact is that the moon landing program was run by ex-Nazis and Indiana Jones’ hair stands on end.‘ explains Jez Butterworth, screenwriter on the project for Empire.

A few weeks earlier, actor Harrison Ford confided to Variety reporters that this would be the last time he would play the adventurer’s famous role. “I wanted to do the rest of the story (in Indiana Jones 5, ed.) to see the end of his career (…) It’s the last time for me“, the now 80-year-old will say. Remember that the first part of the saga, Raiders of the Lost Ark, was released in 1981, more than forty years ago.

If this Sunday’s Super Bowl was primarily an opportunity to watch the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs on the field, it also provided us with a slew of enticing trailers. So we could afford a new preview of the fifth Indiana Jones movie starring Harrison Ford and Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Kill Eve, Fleabag), who plays his goddaughter Helena Shaw. Actor Mads Mikkelsen (Hanibal drunk) plays the former Nazi Jürgen Voller and thus the charismatic antagonist of this section, but also an old acquaintance of our hero.

The cast can also count on the presence of Antonio Banderas, Shaunette Renée Wilson, Toby Jones and John Rhys-Davies, who will take on the role of Sallah, already confirmed in the 1989 episode.

The film hits theaters on June 28th.
