On April 14, 2020, a new building game in Early Access started in the Epic Games Store: Industries of Titan. Instead of building comfortably on the domestic and homely earth as in Sim City, we are building in IoT gloomy cyberpunk cities on Saturn's moon Titan.
Industries of Titan is Epic exclusive for one year and costs around 25 euros in early access. The building game will also appear on Steam in 2021.
IoT is not only visually reminiscent of Sim City, but also has certain parallels in gameplay. However, it is not a simple clone, as it adds many own ideas to the formula.
That's how Industries of Titan plays
The focus of IoT is on our city's industry: This is how we build factories and optimize production lines. We can actually look inside our factories and make fine adjustments here. At the same time, of course, we also take care of the well-being of our population.

Growth needs resources: We collect resources to grow our colony and grow bigger and more powerful. We are not the only ones who want to make Titan arable with our city. Other houses compete with us for influence and economic power.
Fights flare up: The hunger for resources can sometimes even lead to wars, which we fight in tactical spaceship battles. If you have the large industrialist in your blood instead of the warlord, you can also crush your enemies with your economic might.

New weather effects should also provide more variety. Liquids and food become part of the survival aspect of the population and also a health system with hospitals is entering. There is also a tech tree, for example to unlock new buildings.
Epic has thus secured another title on an exclusive basis. Industries of Titan is one of the eight new exclusive games that the Epic Games Store has announced for a release in spring 2020.
