Not always reproducible
The trick in CoD: Warzone was only thanks to one happy chaining of circumstances and events possible.
For one thing, the player had to collected enough money to be able to afford the gas mask several times for $ 3,000 each. Secondly, it was pure luck that the last zone coincided so happily with a buying station.
So with a little fuss, it is quite possible to use the trick in CoD: Warzone itself. We wouldn't recommend applying your entire round strategy to this.
