Years after the original PC release, Focus Entertainment continues to keep an eye on the shooter Insurgency: Sandstorm and is now delivering another free update with fresh content. Here we tell you what to expect.
Operation Glasshouse is the second major free content update this content year from Focus Entertainment and New World Interactive for the shooter Insurgency: Sandstorm. This can be obtained for PlayStation, Xbox and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) alike and has several new contents on board.
Specifically, there is a new map as well as new weapons, fresh items to spice up your characters and more. “Operation Glasshouse” is based on one of the winning entries, Prison, from the previous mapping contest. On the side of the Insurgents you have to break out of the Mabarak prison as security prevents exactly that. Thrilling fights await you in a confined space, in which a penitentiary becomes the battlefield.
This prison theme will also be taken up in the new additional free content as well as paid premium content. The latter are available separately as part of the Glassbouse Set Bundle or as part of the Year 2 Pass and the Gold Edition of the game.
