It wasn’t that long ago that the Krafton studio announced more than optimistically that the life simulation inZOI would start early access this year. Now there is a specific date, but you probably won’t like it.
Because as has now been officially announced, inZOI will no longer start early access in 2024. The reason for this should come as no surprise. On the game’s official Discord channel, the developers stated that after the comprehensive feedback they wanted to take a little more time to deliver the best possible product.
>>This is how it will be inZOI: The top 10 games that were never released!<<
As is well known, a demo of the character editor from inZOI was released in August 2024, to coincide with Gamescom. This resulted in a lot of feedback, much of it positive, but there were also a few points of criticism.
But when will the life simulation finally go into early access? As Krafton announced via Discord, inZOI will be released on March 28, 2025. So a little patience is still required and you have to make do with The Sims 4 and its numerous expansions. As EA announced a few weeks ago, Project Rene will not only be a long time coming, but the new title is by no means a full-fledged The Sims 5. Life by You, another life simulation from Paradox, was also recently released surprisingly discontinued.
Accordingly, many fans of life simulations have high hopes for inZOI. Last but not least, this is due to the realistic graphics, which differ significantly from the cartoonish style of The Sims. Krafton really gets the most out of Unreal Engine 5 and creates an almost deceptively real image. Of course, we’ll be curious to see whether it’s just a graphics blender or whether inZOI actually has something up its sleeve in terms of gameplay.
