After the voices of Batman and Robin, Batou’s butler Alfred fell silent. Jacques Ciron died at the age of 94. An actor also known for his role as the scariest clown in cinema.
Hard to believe, but on the same day a second actor from the Batman universe left us. Jacques Ciron
Jacques Ciron (Batman, It…) is dead
That’s called a very bad series. A few hours ago we learned of the deaths of Georges Caudron, the irreplaceable French voice of Fox Mulder, and of course David Ducbhovny, on The X-Files. A comedian who has been very close to the Dark Knight since he starred as Robin in the ’90s animated series years played.
The sad list grows with the death of Jacques Ciron at the age of 94. The butler Alfred’s voice double in Batman: The Animated Series, but also in live-action films such as Batman, Batman The Challenge, Batman Forever or Batman and Robin. Feature films in which Alfred was played by Michael Gough.
Jacques Ciron will also have marked our thoughts, interpreting with accuracy Grippe-Sou, the evil clown from Ça / “Il” is back who eats children. Among other things, he was also the Dright Edgemar a Total recall.
Last month it was Kévin Conroy, aka Batou in the Batman Arkham animated series and games, who left us.
