The return of Japan Expo this summer is the meeting not to be missed if you like Japanese culture but also video games. If you’re still hesitant to take your ticket, know that several Sega and Atlus titles will be represented at the Koch Media booth.
Japan Expo 2022: meeting place for gamers?
Several important announcements surrounding the 2022 edition of Japan Expo have been made in the past few days. The event will take place from Thursday 14th July to Sunday 17th July at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte
Located in Hall 6, Aisle E, Stand 656, The location of the Koch Media booth offers an opportunity to discover various software from Sega and Atlus. In total, no fewer than five games will be presented in either video or playable form at this Japan Expo 2022.
sega page, The adaptation of the manga Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) will of course be included so that visitors can try the Switch version Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles has only been available on this medium since June 10th. The PC version of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+ is also offered in a playable version, with the bonus of being able to take a picture of yourself next to the virtual pop star… Unless you want to immortalize the event with Sonic for another photo session to celebrate the upcoming release of Sonic Frontiers on all media. A mysterious animation even allows you to test your reflexes in the company of Sega’s blue hedgehog.
For now, Atlus isn’t announcing a Switch version of Persona 5, instead celebrating the franchise’s 25th anniversary in a specially designed setting. The opportunity to try a playable version of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax on the Nintendo console. Finally, if you look at the release of Soul Hackers 2, the RPG re-imagined as part of Summer Game Fest 2022, you know that Atlus will seize the opportunity to present the game universe to visitors by offering them a photo session alongside two of the protagonists: Ringo and Figue. The Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers sequel is expected on August 26th on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
The 2022 edition of Japan Expo will take place from July 14th to 17th at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte.
