news Jerren Elden Ring: How do I complete this NPC’s quest?
Do you want to follow the quest of Jerren the Eccentric in Elden Ring, but can’t follow his quest? You may have missed a crucial step! In this article, we explain the complete continuation of this character’s quest.
Jerren’s quest begins in Caelid. You can meet him for the first time during the festival at Red Lion Castle, General Radahn’s “hideout” in Elden Ring.
- To trigger the Red Lion Festival, you must continue Ranni and Blaidd’s quest or come to Alexander’s aid when he gets into trouble in Necrolimbe.
Once you reach the heart of the festivities, where you’ll encounter a large number of warriors, including Blaidd and Alexander, speak to Jerren on the platform. Let him know you’re ready to fight, then head out to attack Radahn.
Once the general is defeated, go to Jerren on the platform to confirm Radahn’s defeat. The festival will then be over and Radahn’s soldiers will be back in the castle, so be careful on the way back.
Where does Jerren’s search continue?
Then you can find Jerren during Sellen’s quest. The latter happens when you transfer the homunculus hidden in Seluvis’ cave. You can find him in the Witchdeath Cave in Necrolimbe after speaking to him after Radahn’s defeat.
Next, go through the Raya Lucaria Academy, defeat Rennala, then reload the area. At the entrance to the Queen of the Full Moon’s library, you’ll see two summoning tokens for a fight: the red one for Jerren and the gold one for Sellen. But who should you help? Depending on the story, it’s up to you, but the rewards are different.
- By choosing to help Jerrenyou eliminate Sellen and receive the Witch’s Shardstone Mask and an Ancient Dragonsmith Stone
- By choosing to help Sellenyou then eliminate Jerren and receive his armor set, the Kriss of Shardstone sorcery, and the Spiral of Shard. And when you return to Sellen, you can collect the Witch’s Shardstone Mask that you would have received by eliminating him.
We then advise you to ally yourself with Sellen, because you will receive many more objects that deserve your attention.
