Released in late 2021, Jurassic World Evolution 2 is still getting fresh updates. A free patch now brings you new content from the original film to celebrate its anniversary.
Frontier Developments has announced a free new update to Jurassic World Evolution 2 for June 8th. Above all, this is intended to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the original cinema film.
Accordingly, the free update, which will be available for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Windows Store), GeForce NOW, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and Xbox One, will bring new items to the game based on the film by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment from 1993. More than 20 such items find their way into the title and bring nostalgia to life.
The update includes everything you need to create a superb Jurassic Park tribute, from a colorful statue of the always smiling Mr. DNA, the park’s original mascot, to the classic airlock doors from the original film. There’s also a new banner arch with the words “When the Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth” and the mural from the “Les Gigantes” restaurant, which shows scenes of just escaped Velociraptors chasing Tim and Lex. Additionally, the update introduces the Power Bunker, where some of the film’s main characters take refuge.
In the future, you can guide your park guests through the park along classic paths that are faithfully based on the film “Jurassic Park”. Last but not least, there are other decorative items such as the T. Rex and Alamosaurus skeletons, the unforgettable “Big Pile…”, the small electric fence and more.
