A couple of weeks ago, the modder community of FromSoftware gave us a great reason to return to Dark Souls 3. His name is Dark Souls: Archthrones, a mod that acts as a DLC or prequel expansion to the original video game. It is a mammoth work that has taken years to develop and on March 15 it released a free demo.
We don’t have a release date for Archthrones, but the demo has made it clear that it is a splendid piece of work. It has some errors to polish, but nothing that cannot be solved for the final version. This was pointed out by the content creator Esoterickk
His favorite fights have been against Necromancer, Janara, and Keeper of the Old Gods. On the contrary, the ones he liked the least were Heide Phoenix (by far), Saint Klimt and Aldrich, the latter two for reasons of damage. Veterans will find that many areas and bosses are inspired and/or are a tribute to others from Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls and even Sekiro.
As for Esoterickk, he is a content creator that we told you about in June 2023. By then, he had defeated 383 FromSoftware bosses, distributed between Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls trilogyBloodborne, An axe and Elden Ring without taking damage. And she didn’t stop there because she continued with Lies of P and Lords of The Fallen
