Some time ago, the last parts of the Kingdom Hearts series were finally announced for the Nintendo Switch; Square Enix has now confirmed the specific release date.
On the occasion of the upcoming 20th anniversary of Kingdom Hearts, the popular franchise should finally make the leap to the switch. The new year 2022 had been confirmed for this until now, but now Square Enix and Disney have nailed it together when it comes to the release date.
From February 10, 2022 you can also plunge into the last four adventures of the long-standing franchise on the Nintendo console – but only in a cloud version; So the game doesn’t run natively on the Switch.
Specifically, you will get the titles Kingdom Hearts III including ReMind DLC, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue on the date mentioned. All titles can then also be purchased together in the Kingdom Hearts Series Collection for Cloud. Kingdom Hearts III buyers will also receive the Scarlet Reunion Keyblade as a bonus, which can be equipped in-game.
