Game news Knockout City: 10 days free at launch
In just seven days, dodgeball fans can compete against each other in Knockout City, Electronic Arts’ upcoming multiplayer game for everyone. However, if you still don’t know what to expect, you should know that the title will be available for free on all gaming platforms for a period of around ten days.
Electronic Arts, the publisher of Knockout City, just announced the big news. From May 21st, from 2pm to the 30th of the same month, thanks to the event, the title can be played completely free of charge Block party. During this time, players who have not purchased the title can freely try all game modes, browse all maps and even unlock many cosmetic items for their characters.
That is not all. On May 25th, Knockout City will also be entitled to its first major update, which notably includes a new map and a system of “contracts” (weekly challenges). In order to celebrate this great moment with joy and good humor with the community, members of Velan Studios will take part in clashes with players on Twitch and at the same time offer a community tournament. Finally, the Block Party event offers a bundle with 500 Holobux (the currency in the game) as well as equipment, an emote and symbols.
As a reminder, Knockout City is expected on May 21 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. It will also be included in the Xbox Game Pass when it launches.
