This morning, the Division 2 server was shut down and cannot be maintained on all platforms. This downtime is necessary to deploy the 8.1 update, which includes the contents of the New York warlord and changes to equipment, processes, metadata, and more.
The Division 2: New York Warlords download size

Uplay and Epic Games Store players start at the same time, so the purchase time doesn't matter as long as it's on a PC. The only exceptions are console players in Australia and New Zealand who can also play games with PCs at the following times.

Console players in Australia and New Zealand will be able to play at the PC startup time mentioned above. But everyone else needs to wait until midnight local time.
