Gaming News League of Legends: Riot Games reveals K’Sante, the 162nd champion of LoL
While we awaited news of the final champion of the season, Riot Games has finally lifted the veil on K’Sante, the 162nd character to join the roster of the greatest MOBA of all time. A versatile champion with two different play styles, K’Sante should bring some freshness to the top plane.
The 162nd champion has finally been revealed
As usual, Riot Games has just shared the teaser of the next champion expected in Summoner’s Rift before adding it to the roster with the update that will follow in the coming weeks. Developed in collaboration with rapper Lil Nas X, Anthem singers of the 2022 World Cup
So players of League of Legends were able to discover for the first time K’Sante, a hunter from the city of Nazumah, an unexplored city in the Shurima region by Riot. In order to survive and gather water (a precious commodity when you live in the desert, we don’t say it often enough), Nazumah hunters must regularly face monstrous creatures that come out of the void.
To perfect their gear, these brave warriors collect resources from their enemies and craft even more powerful weapons. This is precisely the case with K’Sante, who wields Ntofo, a weapon that allows him to adopt both a defensive and an offensive style.
A top planner who isn’t one?
On this double play, but also against the background of K’Sante, We would have first thought of a character dedicated to the jungle, like Udyr and his poses. However, K’Sante is scheduled to head for the top plane, the only route not to receive a champion this year.
As we know, Riot Games now has a more eclectic policy when it comes to its champions and wants to offer them to as many players as possible according to their play style. Perhaps K’Sante is gradually moving towards the jungle over the patches.
Anyway, according to Riot and early reports, this new champion is primarily a fearsome tank that can switch playstyle at the right time to defeat its enemies. We should know more about K’Sante when it hits the PBE (LoL’s Test Servers), possibly next week before it hits live servers in early November.
