News receipt plan LEGO: This ancient construction kit is making a comeback!

It’s not a Star Wars kit and doesn’t belong to any other iconic license, but there’s something extraordinary about it. The latter, in fact, had already made a departure from LEGO back in the ’70s and this year it returns to amaze you.

The old Galaxy Explorer is coming back to LEGO soon

In 1979, LEGO released its Galaxy Explorer set, featuring a spaceship worthy of the best science fiction movies and accompanied by its astronauts.

If you were lucky enough to have a small one, this may not be the case for all of them. Anyway, LEGO will please everyone by releasing this special 90th anniversary edition.

Larger than the 1979 original, this Galaxy Explorer set retains almost all of the main features and colors while adding a few small extra details.

It’s not available yet, unfortunately, but you can find it on the LEGO site from August 1, 2022, where it now shows the price of $99.

A vintage spaceship celebrating 90 years of LEGO

LEGO: This ancient construction kit is making a comeback!

In this special LEGO building set you will find no less than 1254 pieces with which you can build the famous LL 928 spaceship.

You can also find various accessories including a surface rover and 4 astronaut figures and their robotic assistant.

The main difference from the original 1979 model is its much more detailed cockpit. You can open it to build in the astronauts and even use the lockers.

For the nostalgic or space enthusiast, this little vintage set makes an ideal gift. If you still have the 1979 model, you can install that next.
