Level-5 recognizes development problems with Inazuma Eleven Ares

Level-5 is living possibly the worst of its video game developments. After numerous titles for the Inazuma Eleven or Professor Layton sagas, the adaptation of the Inazuma Eleven Ares anime is supposed to be a real headache. Originally announced for Fall 2017, the game, renamed in one of its delays as Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes, has added so many deferrals that currently expected for 2020 once and for all. It should be noted that the Inazuma Eleven Ares anime and its sequel, IInazuma Eleven: Orion no Kokuin, have even finished broadcasting their chapters in Japan.

However, it seems that the bad news has come to an end. Akihiro Hino, president of Level-5, has published an image of the title to explain on social networks that «the game has been awaited by players for a long time. As they may have guessed, there has been a change in the graphics engine and so on, so development has been difficult. For April I would like to be able to announce how, when and how it will arrive. Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes was announced for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, but after so many delays and changes in its development, we will have to wait until April to finally know all its details, which seem to be definitive this time.
