The remake should be released together with the next game “Life is Strange: True Colors”. The main game itself was not delayed, but releasing both at the same time would put undue pressure on the team, so it was decided to delay the remake.

Owners of Life is Strange: The True Color Ultimate Edition (including the remake) will receive the included game upon arrival. Remastered editions include the original “Life is Strange” and “Before the Store”.

The good news is that those looking forward to True Colors will be happy to know that the game’s first DLC Wavelengths will arrive on September 30th. Life is Strange: True Colors will be released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch and Stadia on September 10.
