Nintendo updated its product page for the unfortunate name New Pokemon snaps, Reveal the file size and some mysterious new features.
Last week, we learned that in the new Pokemon capture tour, we will visit the islands in the Lental area, explore a series of diverse ecosystems, and take more than 200 photos of Pokémon.
We also learned that this game will be available in stores and Switch’s eShop on April 30, at a price of US$59.99 or the equivalent price in your area-but today, we have collected updates on other products that are coming soon. More information.
Thanks to the brand new New Pokemon Snap product page uploaded for the Nintendo Switch game last weekend, we now know that the game will take up very little space on the Nintendo Switch system.
The game is expected to use about 6.8GB of space on the first day of the Switch (whether there will be patches and updates remains to be seen), and its size is much smaller than the 11GB of Pokemon Sword and Shield (thanks to GamesRadar).
The list also pointed out that the game will support “online games” and the label of the paid Nintendo Switch Online service will also be displayed on the page.
So far, Nintendo has no insight into the content of these online features—whether there is a photo sharing system, online rankings, or it remains to be seen.
Nintendo may announce more details before releasing the game on April 30.
