A dead franchise?
Last March, Embracer Group’s recent announcement that it was canceling a Deus Ex project in development caused major disappointment among fans. After successfully bringing the franchise back to life thanks to Human Revolution and Mankind Divided, Eidos Montreal ended up losing 97 people at the end of January as a result of the cancellation of the project that had been in preparation for two years. After an absence of more than eight years, the license was expected mainly by players with whom one can only take comfort Hell is Us, new project from the artistic director of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.
