We are still at the very beginning of the season in Major League Soccer. On matchday 7, Los Angeles FC welcomes rivals LA Galaxy in the El Tráfico derby. The match will kick off at 1:45 a.m. on the night of Saturday to Sunday, April 7th at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
After missing out on the title last year, Los Angeles FC would like to attack again this year. So far, Steven Cherundolo’s men are still falling short of expectations. From the first six games there have only been two wins and one draw. In the game against their city rivals, the situation should improve again for Hugo Lloris and his front men.
At LA Galaxy the starting position looks completely different. Greg Vanney’s team has not lost a game yet and is leading the table in the Western Conference. Ex-SGE striker Dejan Joveljic, who has already scored five goals, has shown particular improvement. Ex-Barca talent Riqui Puig is once again one of the best midfielders in the league. This could be an extremely competitive duel.
