Lost Ark is getting another major content update from Amazon Games in September – and here you can find out what’s in it this time!
The September update for the action role-playing game is called “Chase the Storm” and focuses primarily on the Behemoth raid. What is it about? The Chaos Guardian Behemoth ruled as a symbol of fear and caused a bloodbath in Kurzan. He has now reappeared with the Chaos Guardians and is seeking the destruction of Arkesia – and you must prevent this in the 16-player raid, which of course offers you all kinds of new items. You must make do with a limited number of eight resurrections if you want to defeat the great dragon in the 2-portal raid. Item level 1620 is required to enter the raid.
The raid also introduces a new way to enhance characters in the game: Weapon Transcendence. This works similarly to Armor Transcendence, but is crafted using materials from the Behemoth raid. You can use it to enhance the effects of your weapons at the same vendor that sells Armor Transcendence.
Otherwise, you can expect a progression event called “Chasing the Storm,” in which you can bring your character from item level 1600 to 1620. This is also important in view of the release of Tier 4 in October. The event consists of three mission categories: strengthening Akkan equipment, completing Ivory Tower portals, and completing Thaemine portals.
Amazon is giving Lost Ark a new class, a new raid, new progression events, and more in the September update called “Wrath of the Machinists.”
